Summer Screening 2026 - Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at Vivian Adams Early Childhood Center July 6, 2026 - July 24, 2026
 

This position does not constitute full-time employment with District 189 for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a seasonal position only.

Requirements:

-Illinois Teaching License with endorsement in Early Childhood

-Trained in ASQ assessment tool.

-Highly Qualified in Self-Contained age 0-3rd grade

-Satisfactory Evaluation for the past two years

-Ability to demonstrate knowledge of current instructional and curricular methodologies

-Average Daily Attendance of greater than 93% of a regular school term

-Evidence of current professional development

-Must not exceed 6% salary cap

-District 189 Teaching staff have selection priority as described in Article XVII of 1220 Agreement.
