Glenbrook High School District 225 is now accepting applications for Instructional Assistants - Advanced Support: Glenbrook Transition Services for Summer School 2026. 

Position Details:

• Location: Glenbrook Transition Services
• Dates: June 3, 2026 - June 30, 2026
• Schedule: Monday � Thursday
• Hours: 8:15 AM � 1:45 PM
• Rate: High School Diploma - $23.40/hour or Bachelor's Degree or higher - $24.40/hour

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications:

• State Paraprofessional License (60 or more college credit hours or pass the Paraprofessional test to apply for a license) OR Substitute Teacher License.
• Prior experience working with young adults with a variety of disabilities in vocational and job settings.
• Successful completion of the District Lifting Evaluation.
• Required to have a valid driver's license and use reliable personal transportation to meet students at community-based sites as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a School Bus Driver Permit from the Illinois Secretary of State to transport students in authorized school vehicles.
