Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations and Maintenance teams
• Shift schedules
• Ensure minimal man power & skills distribution
• Schedule and distribute activities
• Locate improvement opportunities, make improvement plan and execute / distribute improvement plan
• Rotates staff to ensure wider levels of competence and cover are developed.
• Commits to and drives performance improvement. Ensures co-coordinated approach for manual coding team.
• Will liaise with Maintenance Manager on the impact of operations on the delivery of day to day maintenance activities.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical , Electrical, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) or automated systems.
