Position Overview
The LPN will provide skilled nursing care, support daily health needs, and collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams. This role is ideal for nurses who lead with heart, communicate with patience, and understand the importance of dignity in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN license in the state of Virginia or Compact
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach to care
• Reliability, professionalism, and integrity
• Experience with home care, longterm care, or disability services is a plus

  What You’ll Do

  • Deliver safe, attentive, and compassionate nursing care
  • Support medication administration, treatments, and health monitoring
  • Communicate clearly with families, caregivers, and team members
  • Document care accurately and in compliance with all regulations
  • Build trusting relationships with clients through empathy and consistency
  • Promote a positive, respectful environment for all individuals served
