About the Role
We’re hiring driven, motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Representatives.
This is an outdoor, door-to-door sales role where you’ll work in residential neighborhoods speaking directly with homeowners and generating leads for our sales team.
No prior sales experience is required. This role is designed for individuals at an early stage in their career who want hands-on experience in sales, communication, and business.
Training, scripts, and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You’ll Do

Work door-to-door outdoors in assigned neighborhoods

Speak confidently with homeowners and represent the brand professionally

Generate and qualify leads through direct conversation

Track activity and results

Receive ongoing sales coaching and feedback

Work independently while being supported by a team leader
