You will need to memorize abbreviations for ticket writing, also there will be cleaning and stocking during shifts to stay prepared and maintain a sanitary environment for guests and coworkers.

Lower hourly wage, because you take home cash tips every shift you work. We do not split tips, so everything you make you get to take home that day.
