Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, with a deep understanding of their business strategies, financial needs, and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive industry, market, and financial analysis to assess client requirements and identify appropriate banking solutions.
- Partner closely with Product Teams (e.g. Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury, Loans) to structure and deliver integrated solutions aligned with UOB’s product capabilities.
- Perform annual credit and relationship reviews, actively monitor assigned portfolios, and provide clients with performance updates, market insights, and value‑added recommendations.
- Ensure all client activities, transactions, and documentation comply with internal policies, regulatory standards, AML/KYC requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and delivering high‑quality service to strengthen client loyalty and retention.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, to effectively position UOB’s offerings.
- Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue objectives, portfolio growth, and new client acquisition KPIs in a sustainable and disciplined manner.
Job Requirements
- Recognised Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate / Wholesale Banking, .
- Good understanding of corporate lending, trade finance, and cross‑border banking solutions.
- Strong business acumen with a proven sales and relationship‑management mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
