Role & Responsibilities
- Manage MDOT Deviation workflows and processes
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure Compliance Assessments are completed timely
- Manage the MDOT Security Deviation and Risk Register submissions, reviews and approvals from the peer review groups and Risk Management Committee
- Assist with stakeholders for any submission or matters related to MDOT for Medical Device and Operational Technology
- Work closely with stakeholders and ensure MDOT compliance and implement mitigating measures for Medical Device and Operational Technology
- Assist the MDOT Management team managing security advisories and threat intelligence from various parties and work to implement any fixes with System Owners and the respective vendors
- Ensure work activities and practices conform to standards and audits requirements as stipulated in MOH Licensing and Accreditation (L&A), Joint Commission International (JCI), International Standards Organisation (ISO) and other regulatory bodies
- Draft and implement processes (Quality Procedures, Work Instructions) related to MDOTS inventory and compliance tracking for both MD and OT
- Perform User Access Management for yearly change for all MD and OT equipment
- Participate in equipment evaluation on MDOTS Assessment during procurement process
- Assist Institution stakeholders in resolving matters relating to MDOTS
- Strive for continuous improvement by refining MDOTS process regularly
- Perform other tasks and roles as assigned by RO/HOD
