Position: Minds in the Middle Summer Program ELL Paraprofessional
Location: Two Rivers High School
Dates & Hours: July 6th - July 30th (M - Th) 8am -1pm.
Salary Range: $23.16 � $25.27 per hour based on the 2023 - 2025 salary schedules for district paraprofessionals.
Required Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work with high school students who speak a language other than English
- Ability to effectively use district technology
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-culturally
- Exceptional organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a secondary educational environment
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Prior experience as an educational paraprofessional
- Ability to show initiative and function as a self-starter
- Ability to maintain confidential information
Experience working with immigrant and refugee students
