Full Time Supervisor: Preschool Early Intervention (Classroom and Itinerant)

Status: Full-time 

Schedule: 8.00 Hours/Day (7:30 am-4:30 pm) Monday-Friday 260 Days/Year 

Minimum Annual Salary: $106,568.00

Location: Based in Lebanon County, but will be required to serve in both Lancaster & Lebanon Counties as determined by program need.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

Responsible for supervision, coordination and management of assigned program(s) and personnel, provide leadership regarding curriculum and instruction; assures quality programming for students through collaboration with families, local school districts, and community agencies.

(This position will be focused on supporting the Lebanon Preschool Early Intervention classrooms, along with Itinerant Teachers based in the region. This position will also be responsible for supporting the partnership with Preschool EI and Head Start, as well as the collaborative work with Lebanon School District's K4 Program.)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Education Required: Master's Degree in Education; Active PA Supervisory or Principal Certificate

Experience Required: At least five years of teaching experience in Special Education

Other Qualifications: Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and an IU approved Crisis Management methodology. Ability to work effectively with other professionals, direct staff, organize and communicate effectively by both verbal and written means. Ability to respond and problem-solve quickly.

Valid Driver's License & use of personal vehicle to travel to alternate locations as needed.
