この役割には、車両システムレベルの深い理解、制御ロジックの専門知識、およびOEM、ティア1サプライヤー、クロスファンクショナルチームとの開発が求められます。

We are seeking an experienced Control System resident Engineer in a client who is responsible for system definition, development, and integration of vehicle control systems for next-generation automotive platforms. The role requires strong system-level understanding, control theory expertise, and close collaboration with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• S-AWC、車両動的制御システム、および自動運転／ADAS機能の開発への貢献
• システム要件、機能仕様、およびインターフェース定義の策定および管理
• クロスファンクショナルチーム（ソフトウェア、ブレーキ、シャーシ、ADAS、パワートレイン）との調整

• Control system development for new generation vehicle models
• System requirement analysis and definition for vehicle control functions (longitudinal, lateral, chassis, powertrain)
• Control concept definition and system architecture design
• Interface definition and coordination with software, hardware, and calibration teams
• Issue analysis, root cause investigation, and technical reporting
• Perform system engineering activities across the V-cycle for automotive systems
• Contribute to development of S-AWC, Vehicle Dynamics Control systems, and Autonomous Driving / ADAS functions
• Define and manage system requirements, functional specifications, and interface definitions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SW, Brake, Chassis, ADAS, Powertrain)

■必須要件■ Must Have

• 組込みソフトウェアまたは制御システムの開発経験（6年以上）
• 自動車制御システムの深い理解（車両運動 / シャシー / パワートレイン / ADASロジック）
• 自動車システム工学の経験
• 制御理論の知識（PID、状態空間、基本的なモデルベース制御）
• 自動車機能安全（ISO 26262）および国連規則の理解
• CAN / CAN-FD通信開発の経験
• 自動車診断の知識（UDS、DTC、フェイルセーフ処理）
• V字開発プロセスの深い理解
• 日本語/英語の語学力
• コミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメントスキル

• Experience in embedded software or control system development (6+ years)
• Strong understanding of automotive control systems (Vehicle Dynamics / Chassis / Powertrain / ADAS logic)
• Experience in Automotive System Engineering
• Good knowledge of control theory (PID, state-space, basic model-based control)
• Understanding of Automotive Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and UN regulations
• Experience in CAN / CAN-FD communication
• Automotive Diagnostics knowledge (UDS, DTC, fail-safe handling)
• Strong understanding of V-cycle development
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
