Job Description
Develop sales plans for Re-engagement company lapse / lost accounts, identify client change. Developing strategies to expand business opportunities within existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-selling opportunities. Participate in RFQ submission for Contract Logistics projects Directing and coordinating sales activities locally and regionally. Developing and maintaining relationship with key account customers, meeting with potential customers and address their needs by providing solutions. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding our services for Air / Sea freight and Contract Logistics matters. Handle Sales enquiry and quotations / Attending to sales leads. Overseeing the sales/operations activities to fulfil customer requirement. Developing new business, identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities, promote our services to customers. Updating sales forces with potential list and pipeline. Achieve sales targets as assigned by the Head of Sales.
