The General Manager is responsible for providing outstanding leadership to the retail locations and support teams. In addition, the General Manager is responsible for achieving targeted results related to exceptional guest services, sales growth, profitability, team member’s development, management of quality/service/cleanliness standards, facility maintenance, and local airport marketing. They are a full-time, on-site liaison with the Airport and Airline Managers. The General Manager makes a significant contribution to Paradies Lagardere’s Retail division mission of delivering an industry leading experience that exceeds our customer’s expectation.
