Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service quality

• Manage, train, and schedule employees to maintain productivity and high morale

• Monitor chemical usage, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Track performance metrics and report results to upper management

• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience (car wash or automotive industry preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic mechanical understanding of car wash equipment is a plus

• Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
