Substitute Teacher Associate (Regular/Special Education)

Job Description
To assist Classroom Teachers/Principals in providing students with an excellent education.
Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with academic, behavioral, or medical needs.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Provides students with individual assistance on schoolwork assigned by the instructor.
  2. Assists with supervision as needed.
  3. Instructs students in small groups as directed by teacher.
  4. Assists in the correction of assignments, tests, etc.
  5. Attends meetings as directed.
  6. Works cooperatively with teacher.
  7. Contributes to a culture of high expectation and excellence.
  8. Assists in maintaining a quality work environment.
  9. Follows directions/instructions and gets along with co-workers and supervisors.
  10. Attends work regularly and on time.
  11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the teacher or principal.
