Job Description
• Fully proficient in all areas of claims and customer service; may need guidance and supervision to complete some functions.
• The representative will be responsible for triage of the all work received in the Grievance and Appeals department. May require CS skills for outbound calls. This position may require some OT and pushes on Saturdays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 - 3 years health insurance business including customer service experience required.
