Position Title:  Special Education Teacher - Early Childhood Special Education Extended School Year (ESY) Program

 

Location: Early Childhood Family Center

 

Schedule:

June 8th - June 18th, 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Tuesday, June 2nd, 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (5 hour Paid Orientation)

 

Salary: $41.23 per hour

 

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

 

Position Summary:  Stillwater Area Schools are currently seeking teachers to work in the ESY program. This is a temporary position that starts June 8, 2026 and runs through June 18, 2026, for a total of nine days. Student hours are 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (noon), teacher hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Interested applicants will ne to attend a 5 hours paid orientation and training on Tuesday, June 2nd from 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

 

Qualification Requirements: 

  • Must hold a current teaching license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB).
  • Short-call substitute licenses do not meet this requirement and will not be accepted.
