Nature and Scope of Job:
The Technology Job Shadower provides technical assistance to school district and technology staff members in the operation and deployment of various technologies. The Technology Job Shadower must establish a good rapport with all individuals in each building and also convey a cheerful, helpful tone on the telephone. The Technology Job Shadower must be able to juggle routine tasks while making critical decisions about technology emergencies. Basic technology, communication and office skills are necessary to perform such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the District Technology Director, other Administrators or their designees.
