Dealership Concierge Specialist

Tom Bush BMW Jacksonville is seeking an enthusiastic Dealership Concierge Specialist to join our award-winning team. This role is ideal for individuals coming from hotels, resorts, restaurants, event venues, retail leadership, or any guest-facing industry. You’ll use your strengths in communication, service, and relationship-building to help customers explore their vehicle options while they are already visiting our dealership for service.

We provide all the automotive training — you bring the personality and passion for service.

Qualifications

• Luxury hospitality, customer service, or premium brand automotive sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Warm, professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work retail hours, including Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays)
• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong self-motivation
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Role Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests dropping off or picking up their vehicles
• Build rapport and understand customers’ transportation needs
• Introduce vehicle options, promotions, and BMW ownership benefits
• Coordinate test drives and follow up with interested customers
• Partner with service advisors and management for a seamless guest experience
• Maintain accurate notes and records of customer interactions
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Perform additional tasks as needed
