Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst is a management track-level position within Midland Mortgage, a Division of MidFirst Bank’s, Business Initiatives team, where you will present recommendations for process redesign, project manage agreed upon initiatives, and build your leadership skills. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with senior management and make a positive impact in the Company by pursuing your creative ideas, managing them to resolution, and building valuable relationships and influence.
