The role involves coordinating with theatres, managing financial and operational processes, tracking agreements and invoices, supporting revenue-sharing activities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal departments such as Commercial, Finance, and QTS.

The role involves coordinating with theatres, managing financial and operational processes, tracking agreements and invoices, supporting revenue-sharing activities, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal departments such as Commercial, Finance, and QTS.

Key Responsibilities
Theatre Sales & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with the Theatre Sales Team across South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, and AP/TS).
- Maintain regular communication with theatres regarding agreements, invoices, payments, and operational requirements.
- Track and monitor the receipt of theatre agreement copies and maintain accurate records.
- Generate equipment dispatch requests and coordinate with relevant teams for timely execution.
- Create payment receipts and maintain transaction records.
- Generate and maintain Payables and Receivables reports for assigned regions.
- Prepare and share Advertisement Revenue Share statements with theatres.
- Coordinate with theatres to obtain GST invoices for accounting and revenue-sharing purposes.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices, payments, and any revenue shortfalls.
- Support theatre payout processes and resolve payment-related queries.
- Coordinate with theatres to obtain GST invoices related to advertisement revenue sharing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and audit requirements concerning fixed rental agreements and variable revenue-sharing models.
- Assist in collecting revenue shortfalls when fixed revenue generated is lower than the agreed fixed rental amount.
- Address GST-related discrepancies and ensure timely documentation for accounting purposes.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, agreements, invoices, and payment details.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in MIS reports and coordinate with database teams until issues are rectified.
- Generate reports and documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Work closely with Commercial, Finance, QTS, and other internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support Karnataka and Kerala theatre operations by managing backend activities, including revenue-share reporting, invoice collection, and payout coordination.
- Facilitate timely communication and issue resolution between theatres and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Prior experience in Operations and Finance (Optional) is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in Operations Coordination, Finance Operations, Sales Support, or Backend Operations.
- Experience in media, advertising, theatre operations, or related industries will be an added advantage.
