Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant, your role is to provide an exceptional buying experience, guiding customers through the process and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, using the latest tools and technology to engage with customers and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
Build relationships and follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
Provide video walkarounds and virtual appointments to engage customers
Ensure every appointment is prepared with the vehicle pulled up and ready to go
Work closely with sales managers and finance teams to finalize deals
Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred, but not required – We provide training!
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital retailing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
