Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience from start to finish
• Accurately write and manage repair orders while communicating recommended services and timelines
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians to maximize efficiency in the service drive
• Assist in identifying vehicle concerns and recommending appropriate solutions
• Maintain strong communication with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates
• Oversee warranty and documentation processes in compliance with company and manufacturer standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor 
• Strong track record of customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
