DESCRIPTION:

Special Education Aide - Anticipated Opening (10-month position)

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Two years of Higher Education, or an Associate Degree; passing score on NJPRAXIS exam for paraprofessionals in education. 
• Candidates must meet rigorous standards of quality in math, reading, and writing.
• Successful experience working with children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and school staff.
• Knowledge of diverse needs of children with disabilities and appropriate special education classroom practices.
• Successful criminal background check

SALARY: 

$26,847.81 - $29,337.33
