About the Role

Anchanto is a global B2B SaaS company powering commerce for brands, retailers, logistics companies and enterprises — operating across 12 countries with thousands of users relying on our platform every day to run their business.

 

This is an HR Business Partner role for someone who gets things done. You will be embedded with business functions, running the full spectrum of people operations — from joining formalities to performance conversations, from attrition signals to manager coaching. You are the person who makes HR real for employees and managers on the ground. You think commercially, operate with urgency, and close loops without being chased.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

  1. HR Operations (Core Ownership): Own and manage the complete employee lifecycle — onboarding, confirmation, role changes, exits, and everything in between. Keep processes clean, compliant, and fast.
  2. Business Partnering: Work closely with managers and functional leads across your assigned business units. Be the first point of contact for people matters — and solve them.
  3. Performance Management Support: Run the cadence of appraisals, check-ins, and PIPs for your aligned functions. Help managers have honest conversations and document outcomes correctly.
  4. Attrition and Retention: Track signals early. Conduct structured stay conversations and exit interviews. Surface patterns, share insights, and drive action — not just reports.
  5. Manager of Record (MOR) Responsibilities: Act as the HR MOR for Anchanters. Own compliance, record accuracy, and escalation handling for those populations.
  6. HR Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate employee data. Generate and share regular reports on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and other key HR metrics.
  7. Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies are understood and applied consistently across your business units. Flag anomalies early.

Skills and Experience Needed for This Job

  1. 7–12 years of HR experience with a strong mix of HRBP and HR operations exposure — ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  2. Hands-on experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes — you have done this, not just overseen it.
  3. Experience working as a Manager of Record or equivalent — comfortable owning employee records, escalation handling, and compliance for a defined employee population.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills — you can build trust with employees and managers at all levels.
  5. Data discipline — you keep records clean, generate reports accurately, and use data to spot issues before they become problems.
  6. Execution mindset — you close things. You are not someone who needs to be followed up with.
  7. Comfortable with ambiguity — Anchanto is a fast-moving environment. You adapt quickly and do not need everything to be defined before you start.

  1. Operational Excellence: Zero compliance misses in your employee population. Records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.
  2. Manager Experience: Managers in your business units feel supported, not left to figure out HR on their own.
  3. Attrition: Regrettable attrition in your aligned functions trends down. You are catching signals and acting on them.
  4. Turnaround Time: Employee queries and lifecycle events are handled within agreed SLAs — consistently.
  5. Grievance Handling: Grievances are resolved fairly and quickly, with documentation that holds up to scrutiny.
  6. Business Partnership: Business leads proactively loop you in on team decisions. You are a trusted partner, not a formality.
