SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Consistently work within to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request.
Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.
Responsible for cutting and preparing meat using knives, saws, cubers and grinders.
Responsible for ensuring proper wrapping, weighing, and labeling of meat merchandise.
Learn to Exhibit a high level of customer courtesy and service at all times (internal and external).
Responsible for adhering to all corporate meat department procedures and standards (i.e.: case layout and trim specifications).
Responsible for adhering to proper sanitation guidelines (i.e.: refrigeration and N.Y.S. inspection standards).
Responsible for receiving all meat products delivered at store location (i.e.: DSD and warehouse deliveries).
Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
