Job Description
RCM Program Development:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive reliability-centered maintenance programs, leveraging advanced methodologies and tools to optimize asset performance and reliability.
Identify critical assets, failure modes, and maintenance strategies to enhance asset reliability and mitigate risks.
Project Management and Documentation:
- Manage project technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as specifications, procedures, calculations, reports, and other engineering deliverables, overseeing thorough review and approval processes.
RAM Studies Development:
- Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) studies to evaluate the performance and reliability of energy infrastructure assets, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Develop innovative solutions and strategies to optimize asset reliability and minimize downtime.
Technical Publications and Training:
- Develop technical publications, white papers, and training materials related to asset reliability engineering, sharing best practices and innovative solutions with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to clients and internal teams, disseminating knowledge and expertise in asset reliability management.
Task Activities Ownership:
- Take ownership of all activities pertaining to assigned tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project objectives and deadlines.
- Lead engineering activities associated with the task, including documentation development, technical analysis, and solution implementation, with thorough review and approval processes in place.
