Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a wide sales channel within RHB Sekuritas and external brokers, building a linkage with Trading and Origination desk.

Initiate idea and develop derivative products based on market requirement.

Develop and execute various sales efforts in line with EQD annual sales strategies and targets including but not limited to:

-Sales channel; build strong business relationship with internal and external distribution network.
-Marketing effort; establish marketing plans to enhance EQD product branding via our online platform, digital marketing campaigns, etc.
-Client engagement; create better client and broker engagement and interaction to enhance EQD brand recognition.

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the capital market is an advantage;
  • Strong quantitative, self-motivated, problem solving, passion in financial markets and analytical skills in understanding derivatives product.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and/or stakeholders with strong communication skills and experience in public speaking.
  • Pitch sales/product presentations to counterparty as and when required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Powerpoint).
  • Excellent in English both oral and written.
  • Must have WPPE License
