- Conduct spend and market analysis to identify cost savings opportunities, supplier consolidation opportunities, and scalable solutions that support both efficiency and growth initiatives.
- Lead contract negotiation and management activities, ensuring agreements are competitive, compliant, and flexible enough to support changing business needs and expansion requirements.
- Drive supplier performance management, including scorecards, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, delivery, and service expectations in support of operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve trade working capital, including payment term optimization and supplier financing program participation.
- Own procurement performance tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate visibility of cost savings, PPV, and supplier performance metrics while supporting financial alignment with the business.
- Act as a change agent, driving process improvements, simplification initiatives, and adoption of procurement best practices to improve efficiency, user experience, and scalability across growing business units.
