VDOT is seeking a System Business Analyst who excels at supporting users while driving system improvements. This role combines customer support, business analysis, and technical coordination to ensure our systems meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders. You will troubleshoot issues, test systems and lead others in testing efforts, develop business process flows and training materials, analyze policy to ensure alignment with software, communicate software impacts to stakeholders and collaborate across teams to deliver effective solutions.
