Job Description
- Maintain and update B2C and B2B product & template listings, including product names, descriptions, pricing, categories, attributes and availability.
- Use dotCMS and Broadleaf Commerce to maintain and update web content such as banners, navigation, categories, collections, promotional messaging and basic page layouts.
- Support the setup and execution of promotions, featured products, and merchandising placements.
- Perform regular site audits to identify broken links, incorrect content, pricing issues, or merchandising errors.
- Work closely with marketing, UX, product and customer service teams and communicate effectively when content updates are completed and/or issues arise that need to be escalated.
- Monitor basic ecommerce metrics related to product setup, availability and sales performance.
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and web‑based tools
- Basic understanding of ecommerce or digital experiences (academic, internship, or entry‑level experience acceptable)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Organized, reliable and eager to learn
- Collaborative team player with a customer‑focused mindset
- Exposure to Broadleaf Commerce, dotCMS, or similar ecommerce/CMS platforms
- Internship or part‑time experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, or website management
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, dashboards)
- Interest in UX, merchandising strategy or conversion optimization
