Sr Specialist Talent Acquisition

The purpose of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is to manage all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process for new hire and internal promotions, supporting retention programs to ensure that the company attracts, selects and retains highly talented individuals. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team, interviewing and extending offers on behalf of the corporate marketing leaders. This on-site role will partner with leadership and managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business to deliver the best talent to the organization.
