Job Description

The VP, Business Development (Channel Partnerships) is responsible for driving new client acquisition and assets under management (AUM) growth through strategic partnerships with financial intermediaries. This role functions as a senior Business Development Officer, focused on originating high-quality referrals from custodial platforms, branch networks, and affiliated financial professionals. The VP will serve as a market-facing ambassador, cultivating relationships across assigned territories and converting referral opportunities into long-term client relationships for the firm’s financial advisory teams. This position operates in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Financial Advisors and firm leadership to deliver a consistent and high-touch client experience.
