· COMMUNICATE professionally with the public and colleagues, demonstrating customer-

focused service to support aircraft owners, businesses, and the general public.

· SERVE as a key public-facing resource and provide essential administrative and technical

support to the Aircraft Compliance Coordinator in administering Virginia’s Aircraft Registration

and Compliance

· SUPPORT the end-to-end aircraft registration process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and

compliance with state tax requirements using registration processes and programs.
