The PM will be responsible for management and performance of all work under this Contract as described in the PWS. The individual shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations. The PM shall be the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), designated Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and the Program’s Government leads.
