Commissions Specialist

This role supports the Accounting team at Bluum, Inc. and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of commission and spiff payments for Sales Account Executives and Directors. This position plays a key role in maintaining trust with the sales organization through detailed review, validation, and reconciliation of compensation data.
