Assistant Site Manager

The Assistant Site Manager (ASM), also known as Car Wash Manager at select flex locations, supports the Site Manager in executing daily operational tasks, leading the frontline team, and delivering exceptional customer experience at Spotless Brands locations. This role is a direct leadership position that bridges management responsibilities with frontline support and training.

While the Site Manager holds full accountability for site performance, the Assistant Site Manager focuses on team supervision, service execution, daily coordination, and customer satisfaction. This role is a critical steppingstone in the operations career path developing leadership talent and building readiness for future site management.
