Due Diligence Project Manager

As the Due Diligence Project Manager, you are primarily responsible for the management of acquisition due diligence physical condition assessments, inspections, CapEx budget information, and physical risk assessment for real estate acquisitions where Cardinal Group Real Estate Services has been engaged.  This will often be in service of Cardinal Group Investment’s acquisitions, though may also be required for third-party assets, or while supporting the Consulting and New Business Development teams.
