We’re looking for someone who can own both sides:
the numbers and the ideas behind them.
Someone who doesn’t just scale campaigns but understands why a hook works, why a concept lands, and how to turn insights into creative that actually moves people.
What you’ll do
You’ll take the lead on our paid acquisition engine, primarily across Meta, while shaping the creative thinking that drives performance.
From campaign setup to concept development, from testing frameworks to scaling what works.
You’ll:
Build and optimize campaigns across Meta
Own the broader Google Ads strategy (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
Turn insights into strong creative directions
Brief and collaborate with designers, editors, and creators
Identify winning hooks, formats, and messages
Continuously test, learn, and refine
