Job Description

The Life Sales Advisor serves as the subject matter expert for the company’s Life product portfolio. This role is responsible for training and supporting both new and experienced agents in life insurance, annuities, and advanced sales strategies. The advisor provides assistance with case preparation and participates in joint appointments to drive successful outcomes. Using independent judgment within defined limits of authority, the Life Sales Advisor collaborates closely with the Marketing and Life divisions to ensure agents receive effective training and support. A key focus of this role is achieving premium growth across assigned districts by enhancing life insurance knowledge, promoting value-based selling, and implementing a consistent, repeatable, and transferable sales process.
