Title: CPT-11006 AI-Powered Content & Lead Operations Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA / Junior to Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Virtual Assistant to support an AI-driven personal brand and real estate deal flow system based in Dubai.

This role is centered on execution, organization, and daily operations within a structured AI workflow (Claude). The VA will not be responsible for strategy or creative direction, but instead will follow established systems to produce content, manage leads, and drive consistent outreach.

The ideal candidate is process-driven, reliable, and comfortable working inside AI tools daily, with the ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Content Execution

• Edit talking-head videos using CapCut templates
• Add captions, overlays (price, location), and covers
• Follow structured editing formats (no freestyle editing)
• Ensure content meets posting standards and consistency requirements

Posting & Distribution

• Upload and schedule content across platforms
• Apply captions, formatting, and posting guidelines accurately
• Follow AI-generated content calendar and posting cadence
• Maintain consistency in publishing timelines

Lead Management

• Respond to inbound messages (DMs, inquiries)
• Qualify leads before escalation to the client
• Log and track all leads in CRM systems (Airtable or similar)
• Maintain accurate and organized lead records

Agent Outreach & Deal Flow Support

• Build and maintain a network of UAE real estate agents
• Conduct daily outreach via WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Source off-market real estate opportunities
• Track agents, deals, and follow-ups in a structured system

WhatsApp Community Management

• Assist in building and managing WhatsApp groups
• Maintain engagement and communication within communities
• Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and generate deal flow

AI Workflow Execution (Core Responsibility)

• Work daily inside Claude (AI dashboard)
• Use AI tools to generate scripts, captions, and workflows
• Execute tasks based on AI-generated outputs
• Follow structured workflows with high accuracy
• Continuously adapt to and learn AI-driven systems

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–5 years of experience in:
  • Social media execution (not strategy)
  • Lead management / community management
• Strong organizational and task execution skills
• Excellent written English for messaging and communication
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Self-starter with ability to work independently

TECHNICAL SKILLS & TOOLS

Content Creation:

• CapCut (required)
• Canva (basic use)

CRM & Organization:

• Airtable, Notion, or similar CRM tools

Communication Platforms:

• WhatsApp
• Instagram
• LinkedIn

Productivity Tools:

• Google Workspace

AI Tools:

• Claude (preferred)
• Other AI tools (ChatGPT or similar as secondary)

AI REQUIREMENT

• Must be comfortable working inside AI tools daily
• Claude experience is preferred but not required
• Must be a fast learner and open to using AI as a primary workflow tool

WHAT THE CLIENT IS NOT LOOKING FOR

• Pure video editors or designers
• High-level strategists
• Creative-first profiles
• Individuals resistant to AI tools
• Candidates requiring constant direction

Work Schedule

• Contracted Hours per Week: 20 - 40 Hours
• Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
• Daily Working Time: Flexible (aligned with content posting + outreach windows) Dubai (GST).

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

• Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
• This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
• All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
