As a TM, you will be responsible for creating the best drive-thru experience for our customers while upholding all food and safety standards. A Team Member has the following primary responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and accurate guest service

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

• Adhere to all food safety standards

• Communicate clearly and effectively and enter orders into POS system

• Stand for up 6+ hrs. at a time

• Work with fryer equipment safely

• Complete opening and closing duties (such as stocking and cleaning)

• Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks

The ideal candidate:

• Will bring a positive attitude to work every day

• Has the ability to adapt, multitask and take feedback in a positive manner 

• Sees experience in a fast-paced environment as a plus 

• Can effectively work together in a small team with others

• Works well with minimal supervision 

• Is dependable and has reliable transportation
