Ed Fehnel Horticulture Fellow

Gain experience by working with the highly trained, top-notch horticulture staff at Newfields: A Place for Nature & the Arts. Students will spend time rotating through the horticulturists in The Garden, the Virginia B. Fairbanks Art & Nature Park, and the Madeline F. Elder Greenhouse, maintaining a diverse array of garden types. This educational fellowship places and emphasis on gaining plant knowledge and doing hands-on work with highly creative plant experts. Elements of practical plant care, maintenance, collections management, and design will be covered.
