Define board‑level architectures, power budgets, timing constraints, and signal‑integrity requirements.
Create detailed schematics including power delivery, clocking, analog front ends, and communication interfaces (UART, I²C, SPI, USB).
Specify PCB fabrication requirements such as stack‑ups, materials, impedance control, and controlled differential pairs.
Develop embedded firmware in C/C++ and support hardware bring‑up.
Design and execute verification and validation plans covering motion performance, calibration, thermal behavior, and reliability.
Lead hardware bring‑up and hands‑on debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and JTAG tools.
Troubleshoot challenging system‑level issues using data analysis, modeling, and real‑time diagnostics.
