Job Purpose
To provide intelligent inputs / strategies to the field Collection Team to improve the Collection efficiencies and the resultant reduction in credit losses
Main Accountabilities
• 1. Opportunity to assist collection team in following initiative at the Contact Center drive collections performance of call centre team through ongoing design, development and implementation of innovative collection strategies that will continuously reduce exposure to bad debt losses within the business.
• 2. To implement robust and comprehensive analysis of collections strategies across all portfolios, supporting continuous improvement both by identifying value-added refinements to existing strategies and through implementation of a robust Champion-Challenger operating model.
• 3. To implement Collection IT system.
• 4. To coordinate with Risk team for pre-delinquency management figures and to institute Collection analytics for tracking DSA performance and profile segmentation.
• 5.To institute Collection Executive's productivity tracking mechanism.
• 6. To Benchmark Industry Best Practices.
• 7. To Track and Monitor Online Auction and Repo sales Vehicles.
• 8. To Track and Monitor Skip Cases resolution.
Qualifications
• Minimum Degree: Any Graduate (Bachelors in any specialization from recognized university)
