Key Accountability Areas
Design and Approval
- Prepare primary electrical designs and drawings for transformer projects based on design inputs, utilizing engineering software and tools.
- Develop and review technical documentation, providing clarifications and cost data to tendering and project teams.
- Produce accurate as-built drawings reflecting project implementation and modifications.
Coordination and Communication
- Collaborate with production teams and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to specifications.
- Initiate and manage requests for SAP item code creation for transformer components and assemblies.
- Control and distribute design documents, ensuring proper version management and communication with all stakeholders.
Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP for raw materials, bought-out items, and transformer shop drawings.
- Create compliance and technical datasheets in coordination with tendering teams, ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
Site Visits and Customer Interaction
- Conduct site visits to support technical discussions, project evaluations, and product development for transformer solutions.
- Provide technical clarifications and expert guidance to customers, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
