Job Description
Coordinates and supports activities, programs and projects within the marketing communication department. Plans, develops and maintains systems and procedures. Serves as department's initial point of contact for internal stakeholders and liaison between department and outside entities. Supports department vice president and directors with important initiatives, projects and unplanned activities that may occur. Manages essential functions such as agency financials, credit card coding, annual budget and monthly financial reports. Participates in the plan/budget process and is a contributing member of all areas across the department.
