Category Manager MRO & Mining Services

Covia is looking for a dynamic Category Manager who will have a positive impact on our team at our Independence Ohio location. The Category Manager will be responsible for managing Covia’s MRO and Mining services spend across 35 facilities in the US and Canada. The individual will be responsible for managing budget, generating cost savings, running strategic sourcing events, managing supplier relationships, and contracting with preferred suppliers. The individual will work closely with the purchasing operations group on execution of projects and compliance to strategy.
