Job Description
JM&A Group is seeking a detail-oriented Dealer Set-Up Analyst who is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the dealer specific product pricing, within established eligibility criteria and state compliance guidelines. The individual reviews dealer program proposals, matching the requests to legal agreements and raises questions as necessary, to ensure accurate implementation within the FWS Online Pricing, Mainframe and AutoRates systems.
The Dealer Set-Up Analyst is also responsible for assisting Operational Accounting, Customer Service, Business Technology and Zone Support in problem analysis and resolution related to contract administration, billing and/or AutoRates quoting issues.
The position offers a hybrid work schedule in Deerfield Beach, FL (3 days per week on-site), and requires well-developed technical skills.
Responsibilities:
Review proposal requests and legal agreements to ensure adherence to senior management approvals, compliance guidelines, and internal audit criteria.
Implement and maintain accurate customer financial relationships within established systems.
Assist in coordinating annual price changes and ensure accuracy in pricing updates.
Collaborate with various departments to support the launch of new initiatives and respond to inquiries effectively.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting legal documents and proposals.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.
