Job Description
Qualifications:
- 2+ years people leadership experience required
- A minimum of 2 years' progressive experience in a related field required, 3 years preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in onboarding, talent operations, HR operations, or a related field
- Prior experience supporting onboarding or compliance-based processes preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume, deadline driven environment
- Ability to balance people leadership responsibilities with individual execution
- Working knowledge of U.S. onboarding requirements and compliance considerations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate appropriately
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and stakeholders simultaneously
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Human Resources preferred
- Up to 10% of the time Domestic Travel only

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $74,800 to $93,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
